WIRE FRAUD WARNING

Email hacking and fraud are on the rise to misdirect funds. Please call your title company immediately using the contact information found from an independent source, such as the sales contract or internet, to verify any wiring instructions received.

1. We do not accept or request CHANGES to WIRING INSTRUCTIONS via email or fax.

2. Always confirm wiring instructions with your Escrow Officer at a trusted and verified phone number.

3. Never wire money without confirming that the wiring instructions are legitimate and correct.

FUNDS REQUIRED FOR CLOSING

Ohio law requires that funds totaling more than $10,000 must be sent to us via wire transfer, except for Real Estate Brokers’ checks and Government funds. Atlas Title Solutions will accept cashier’s checks or certified checks up to $10,000.
